What is your returns and exchanges policy?
At Arts of Jaipur, we uphold the highest quality standards, ensuring each item is crafted with care and excellence. You can return or exchange your products within 14 days under the following conditions:
- If there is an embroidery/color issue or any major defect with the product.
- If there is a fit/sizing issue or the product is damaged, please email us details and images (if applicable) within 30 days of order receipt at info@artsofjaipur.com.
What if a piece is delivered damaged or incorrectly?
If your order is wrongfully delivered (item differs from the order placed online) or has a genuine quality issue, we will extend a full refund or re-fulfill your order. To return or exchange a product, please email us within 48 hours of order receipt at info@artsofjaipur.com. Ensure the product has not been used and that appropriate documentation is maintained prior to returning the product(s).

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online.
What is your refund policy?
If an order is cancelled or a product is delivered damaged or incorrectly, please email us at info@artsofjaipur.com within 48 hours of order receipt with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our team will review the issue and respond within 48 hours.
