Absolutely! We proudly ship worldwide, serving customers in the U.S., Canada, across Europe, as well as Australia, Japan, and many Southeast Asian countries.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?
As a direct producer of rugs operating on a “High Volume-Low Price” model, we’re delighted to offer free shipping on all our rugs.

How Can I Track My Order?
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have any questions about tracking, feel free to reach out to us at info@artsofjaipur.com.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
We typically ship your rug within 3 to 4 days after receiving your order. Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

How Do I Receive an Oversized Rug?
Before your rug is delivered, the carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Please note that the driver will deliver the rug to the curbside only. If you need assistance getting the rug into your home, please make those arrangements beforehand.

Inspecting Your Delivery
Upon delivery, please check your order carefully to ensure it’s free from damage. If you notice any issues, here’s what to do:

For Visible Damage:
If the packaging shows signs of damage, inspect the item with the driver present. Document the damage on both your copy and the carrier’s copy of the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged beyond repair, you may refuse the delivery.

For Concealed Damage or Loss:
If you discover any concealed damage or missing items after opening the package, please notify the freight carrier right away and request an inspection within 3 days of delivery. Keep all packaging materials as they were when you noticed the issue. We will arrange for an inspection within 3 days of your notification.
