Returns Policy
Online Returns: We offer a 30-day in-home trial for every rug we sell, excluding customized rugs, opened rug pads, and clearance items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item with no questions asked. Please note that the processing and handling fee is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with a unique return authorization number to facilitate the return to our warehouse via your chosen carrier.
Return Terms and Conditions:
- When returning a rug, please avoid folding, taping, or stapling the surface.
- The rug must be in new condition, free from any soil or damage. Items showing any signs of damage will not be accepted.
- A Return Authorization number must be generated before sending the rug back. If you return the package without this number or ship it to the wrong address, additional freight costs and a 20% service fee will apply.
- Returns cannot be accepted if the 30-day trial period has expired.
Please note that items sold during clearance, customized rugs, and sample items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, we will replace the item if an identical product is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued. Opened rug pads are also non-returnable.
