We offer a 30-day In-Home Trial policy for every rug we sell. However, this policy does not apply to custom rugs, items sold during clearance, or opened rug pads. If you’re not satisfied with your rug, you can return it with no questions asked. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
